· How can I return an order?

Our main objective is that the client is completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is something that you are not satisfied with, then you can return the product without any problem. Returns will only be accepted within the first 15 days after the product has been received at the shipping address. It should be made clear that T-shirts must still have all price tags and labels intact and must have been neither washed nor worn.

 

You only need to send us an e-mail requesting the return with an explanation, if possible, as to why the product is being returned. Within 24 hours we will get in contact with you to explain what steps you need to take.

 

We can either change the product for another one or refund your money if you so prefer. When the reason for the return is that the product has some kind of defect, we will refund your money which will be sent via the normal post office service and not by courier nor as an urgent packet. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
